Notice: The Brand Registration Report has been experiencing technical issues since June 25 and is currently unavailable. The Commission is working diligently to restore the report as quickly as possible.

The initial registration fee is $20 per brand. The annual renewal period runs from April 1 through June 30, with a $10 per brand renewal fee, during which brand holders must confirm products remain active. Brands registered during this period must also be renewed before July 1, so those wishing to avoid the renewal fee may choose to register new brands after July 1.

If there is a need for a refund for any mistakes or incorrect brands, it must be requested within 90 days of payment by email.

Reminder: The Nebraska Liquor Control Commission does not currently require separate sizes to be registered.
