Received a Citation Letter?
If you have received a citation letter in the mail and wish to plead guilty, please return the Waiver of Hearings - Guilty Plea into our office within 10 days of the hearing. This will allow our office to call off any witnesses and avoid extra costs for you. If you need assistance or have questions, please call our Legal Division at (402) 471-2571.
Enforcement
The Liquor Commission does not have inspectors. We rely on local law enforcement and our key enforcement arm, the Nebraska State Patrol. Complaints and application reviews are sent through the Nebraska State Patrol. Visit Nebraska State Patrol for more information.
