To apply for a license access the POSSE CUSTOMER PORTAL - https://posse-lcc.nebraska.gov/prod/webui/
Click on "LOG IN/REGISTER" and then "Sign up now" to register with your email address. You will be sent a verification code to your email address to activate your User Name. After you enter the code; you will create your password to access your account.
