Here is the link for licensees to pay the local fees online - https://www.nebraska.gov/nlcc/renewals/index.cgi

Nothing has changed with the way local fees are collected for new licenses.  The local fees are not paid through POSSE.  Renewal fees can be paid online if you have signed up. The city/ county clerks are not required to have local renewal fees paid online; but the option is available through our payment partner Tyler Technologies.   To allow licensees to pay local fees and taxes online you must complete this form and return to brenda.hiland@nebraska.gov.  After submission someone from Tyler Technologies will contact you to complete the setup of your account.  This process can take 2 weeks to complete.  After completion you will receive an email each time a licensee pays local fees online.
