Lincoln-Lancaster County Requirements for In-Room Dining Submitted by brenda on 16 November 2020 - 4:37pm All alcohol liquor, including beer, sales in establishments end at 10 p.m. (i.e. no sales after 10 p.m.). This includes for on-premises or for off-premise consumption. Customers can consume the alcoholic liquor, including beer, that they purchased prior to 10 p.m. until 11 p.m. You need to end all customer services by 11 pm, which means all alcoholic liquor food collected from customers. If you provide food take-out and delivery services, this can continue after 11 p.m.
