Spring 2021 - Non-Class C License Renewal season

Dear Nebraska Licensee,

The Spring 2021 non-class C renewal season is approaching quickly.  Even during COVID-19, all license holders are required to renew their liquor license(s), whether their business is open to the public or not.

We are not recommending walk-ins into the office at this time without an appointment. The NLCC is requesting that all renewals be submitted using the online renewal website.  For your convenience, please follow the steps below to renew your liquor license:

The Nebraska Liquor Control Commission will be holding a public hearing pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 84-907 on Tuesday, the 2nd day of March, 2021, at 9 a.m. at its offices on the 1st Floor of the State Office Building, located at 301 Centennial Mall, South, Lincoln, Nebraska.

The purpose of the hearing is to take testimony and evidence about the amendments to Rule 237-LCC6 (Licensee Operations) and Rule 237-LCC7-002 (Record Retention). The subject matter and scope of the rule-making actions are:
