The Nebraska Liquor Control Commission will go live with Brand Registration on July 1, 2024. NLCC will be utilizing a software known as POSSE and can start accepting brand registration applications on May 6, 2024, though no approvals will be granted until July 2024.
All beer brands are still required to be registered prior to sale in the current system through June 30, 2024. Please see below for details on beer brand registration.

As of October 3, 2018 the NLCC is only accepting beer brands via the online form.
Beer Brands that are submitted will be added to the Approved Beer Brands database.
Please check back in a few days to see if your brand was added. If it was not, please contact the NLCC HERE.
