Per Nebraska Rev. Statute 53-165.01, the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission requires all alcoholic liquor to be registered in the state of Nebraska prior to the sale or shipment of the product. NLCC will be utilizing a software known as POSSE.

If there is a need for a refund for any mistakes or incorrect brands it must be requested within 90 days of payment by email.
Reminder: The Nebraska Liquor Control Commission does not currently require separate sizes to be registered.
