How To Apply

Applications can be sent via electronic means to the MCC email mcc.contact@nebraska.gov or sent via US Postal Service to the MCC address: PO Box 95046, Lincoln, NE  68509.  Submissions of applications must be consistent with the current emergency regulations that were approved at the MCC Meeting on 9-2-25. The Commission will prioritize cultivator licensing for review.  The application time period for cultivators begins September 4, 2025, and will run through September 23, 2025. Application periods for Dispensaries and Product Manufacturers will be set at a later date.  

There is currently no fee to submit an application.

  • Nebraska State Patrol Fingerprint Information (when making your appointment - select "Name Check with Fingerprints (Nebraska Only). The fee for this service is $30.00 and can be paid online during the appointment scheduling (credit/debit/ACH) or paid in cash or check at the time of appointment. If you choose to pay in office, select ‘pay later’ when the payment screen pops up.
